Request types are a way to create custom approval options for your team in Slack. These can be used to group similar request and provide options such as file attachments.
Request types can be configured by account admins via Settings -> Request Types.
To create a new request type
Click Create
Enter a name and Description for your request so your team know what to use it for
Choose whether to allow file attachments
Add extra fields to your request if required
Click Save.
Your request will now be an option within Slack under Approval
