For subscriptions on Starter or Pro you can create a Group of users who will have admin permissions to the Approvals App. On the Free plan only the account owner has admin access. This allows them to view all reports and configure all settings.

To create an admin group

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Groups.

  2. Click Create

  3. Name your admin group ie Approvals Admins

  4. Toggle the Admin Flag to on

  5. Click Save

  6. Use the search box to add users to your admin group

You can update the users in your admin group at any time via the Group Settings.
